When I first got the call to go with Kierra I had just found out I had won musician of the year from KHVN. I was shocked, happy, and overwhelmed with joy about everything. Then I was on a plane two days later bound for Detroit for rehearsal with Kierra.
It’s been awesome working with the other ladies: Cym, Chadney, and Q. We really have bonded as sisters. But me Cym and Chadney already have a great bond being from the same band Hot Sauxe and all.
About this opportunity, it came after my obedience to God and passing my tests that he put in front of me. A couple of tests I flunked with flying colors but overall I bounced back and got on track with his plan. It’s better to be obedient to Him at all times. My first week in Detroit was great and exciting. We met with Kierra who has a beautiful spirit and is very sweet.
She treated us to dinner and made sure we were taken care of. We practiced with Kierra that week 
and our first appearance with her was at the Potter’s House Denver. We rocked the place and the spirit was definitely in the mix.
